The production of precast concrete parts by wet-casting only requires the use of mould equipment and minimum support equipment. However now more and more automatic production lines are in operation to use the specific advantages of the wet-cast procedure by the optimal use of high efficient production systems.

The main process feature are:

– complex product shapes are achievable

DECOR FLOORING

Chequered concrete flooring tiles are used for footpaths, entrance and stair-cases of public buildings, passages of auditoriums. They are not used for all types of Masonry works and heavy traffic areas.

Different patterns can be applied on the surface based on customer request.

Big size concrete floor/wall are used for footpaths, entrance and stair-cases of public buildings, passages of auditoriums, external and internal wall cladding.

Manufactured upside-down under two extrusion-boxes firstly is extruded the upper anti-wearing layer and then according to the setting of the slipper can be decided the thickness of the main-second layer using a cheaper raw material.

Big saving can be achieved compared with traditional technology of pressed-vibrated or wet casted floor tiles with very competitive production cost, less machinery and faster production rate.
